She has built, led and advised several of the industry’s most ambitious firms, combining hands-on operational experience with strategic insight to deliver sustainable growth and enhanced shareholder value.
As Co-Owner of Elite Advisory, Tara works directly with recruitment business owners and boards to guide them through growth acceleration, strategic transformation and M&A transactions. Her experience includes leading businesses through international expansions, funding & financing, acquisitions and integration, building leadership teams and ultimately navigating successful exits.
Tara’s background includes scaling a recruitment business from early-stage growth to a market-leading position and steering it through a high-value exit, giving her first-hand insight into the challenges and opportunities faced by today’s owners. This experience underpins her advisory approach – practical, results-driven and tailored to the lifecycle of each business.
